SKIF – Skills for the Future is a EU-funded initiative by the Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation, developed in partnership with Projecteka Association (Bulgaria) and Culture Connect (Ireland). The project empowers young people aged 16–30—particularly those with fewer opportunities—by helping them develop key soft skills such as communication, leadership, and teamwork. Through coaching, mentoring, and non-formal education, SKIF bridges the gap between formal schooling and the skills needed in today’s workforce, aiming to boost youth employability across Europe.
