Two loads of medical drugs, equipment and new clothes to Erbil, Duhok and Sulaimaniyah
BringHope Humanitarian Foundation (BHHF), in collaboration with a British organization (IHP) and Dutch foundation (HRIF), provided medical drugs and equipment to the Directorate General of Health / Erbil, Duhok and Sulaimaniyah. The drugs are evenly distributed over the refugee camps and to the most needy people in different regions.
In Kurdistan, there are about 2 million refugees, most of whom are distributed in 45 camps in three provinces. Simultaneously, BHHF provided four camps (Berderesh/Erbil, Kabarto/Duhok, and Rizgari/Sulaimaniyah) with new clothing, mostly from the British NEXT. Refugees in Kurdistan suffer from diseases and lack the most basic services.
Children do not go to school, women give birth without medical expertise, and adults suffer from traumatic disorders. Healthcare services are very limited for most of the refugees.
