Medicine Always in Short Supply

Rizgary Hospital located in Erbil, Iraqi Kurdistan is one of the largest and busiest hospitals in the city. Treating more than 800 patients per day, Rizgary Hospital has seen a constant increase in volume from years of turmoil within the region. With this increased volume, much of which comes from the influx of internally displaced persons and refugees throughout the area, comes a serious shortage of medicine to meet the needs of this ever-growing demand.

Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation has long been committed to the sourcing and distribution of needed medication to ease the shortage affecting the health care community within the region. On 02 May 2018, Bring Hope provided 53 cartons of medicine to treat chronic and acute conditions to Rizgary Hospital along with medical equipment. Rizgary estimates 3,820 lives will be saved through this donation.

With a 24/7/365 emergency room, specialty clinics for cancer and other chronic illnesses and a policy of treating all patients, even those who cannot afford care, Rizgary will greatly benefit from this delivery of donated medicine and medical equipment. You can be part of this solution, to learn more, see bringhope.info.

Everyone can bring hope

BHHF’s primary objective of humanitarian aid is to save lives, alleviate suffering, as well as to give the most vulnerable group (displaced children) hope for the future. BHHF has provided humanitarian aid with short-term and long-term help to homeless refugees, victims of natural disasters, wars and famines, and poor people.

Heartwarming news. Once a month.
