Ida Lindstöm

Ida is the Research and Fundraising Intern at Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation. Early on, she found her interest in global and inclusive development where the well-being of the individual was of greatest importance. From her previous studies in Economics at the University of Gothenburg and at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, together with her current master’s studies, she has gained an extensive understanding of the many dimensions that underlie prosperity and inequalities in the world. This, alongside her conducted research on foreign aid and her professional and international volunteer experiences, has instilled in her the desire to strengthen the individuals around her through raising awareness of the pressing challenges that people around the world face today. With the ambition to continue working for the well-being of individuals and to strengthen them on their path of development, it was a matter of course to join Bring Hope.

Ida is constantly searching for new ways to learn and develop within the field. On this journey, she prioritises high-quality output and to be challenged by ever-evolving colleagues. Her previous achievements therefore reflect a high work ethic, adaptability and critical thinking and have all been performed in culturally diverse team constellations. With that said, she takes on the role within the organisation with the greatest excitement.

Everyone can bring hope

BHHF’s primary objective of humanitarian aid is to save lives, alleviate suffering, as well as to give the most vulnerable group (displaced children) hope for the future. BHHF has provided humanitarian aid with short-term and long-term help to homeless refugees, victims of natural disasters, wars and famines, and poor people.

Heartwarming news. Once a month.

Thank you!
