BHHF collaborates closely with reputable local and international non-governmental and governmental organizations, corporations and institutions, including Johnson & Johnson, Deep Knowledge Group, United Nations Global Compact and Covington Burling. What will you do? As we are in the process of expanding our HQ office in Malmo, Bring Hope is looking to bring on an Intern for our Finance division to assist our Finance Director with the following responsibilities: Central tasks • International financial processes organization in cooperation with representatives from foreign units: - Plan to align accounts/ledgers across US, UAE, the UK, EU - Process documentation for transfers between sister organizations in the above-mentioned countries - Analysis of organizational forms across countries to best align finance and governance • Assist in the preparation of budget 2021/2022 • Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and processes • Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required Other tasks (when time allows) • Assist in reconciliation of daily, monthly and yearly transactions • Processing invoices • Assist with implementation of database/CRM system (parameters, import/export tests) • Assist with deep dive into certain organizational forms to ascertain benefits/drawbacks compared to Bring Hopes purpose and future plans • Refine the bookkeeping process and documentation in cooperation with auditors as well as assist with practical bookkeeping
Who are we looking for?
