Distributions are Making a Difference

As you might know by now we do many different distributions. Often each distribution focusses on a few specific items or a specific category of items. However we provide whatever is needed the most and sometimes that’s a range of humanitarian aid items.

Not too long ago the governorate of central Halabja in Iraqi Kurdistan was in huge need of a wide range of humanitarian aid. A lot of people in this region live below the poverty line and have a hard time to make ends meet. This region has also been in recovery from a violent chemical attack and genocide years ago. The people have suffered unimaginable trauma’s and there is a huge community that still suffer the consequences from all of this and have financial difficulties.

We were able to provide them with boxes of diapers, blankets, clothes, bags & school bags, furniture such as chairs & drawers, medical aid in the form of crutches and sanitary.

Every time we have distributions we see the huge effects it has on communities. And we will always keep working hard to help all communities that need us.

Everyone can bring hope

BHHF’s primary objective of humanitarian aid is to save lives, alleviate suffering, as well as to give the most vulnerable group (displaced children) hope for the future. BHHF has provided humanitarian aid with short-term and long-term help to homeless refugees, victims of natural disasters, wars and famines, and poor people.

Heartwarming news. Once a month.

Thank you!
