Arjel Trajani, Senior Fundraising Advisor at Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation, has been involved in various NGOs efforts from 2003. He holds three master’s degrees in Educational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Tirana, an MBA from University of Polis/IPAG Business School in Paris, and an MA International Migration and Ethnic Relations in Malmö University.
Arjel’s focus is in creating positive impact and real benefits for socially excluded groups, with a special focus on children and youth integration.
He has extensive experience in working with marginalised groups, including issues of women’s empowerment and gender equality in developing countries— mostly within the Balkans and Eastern Europe. He brings more than 15 years’ experience in fundraising with different local, national, international donors, individual donors, CSR and different NGOs and INGOs. His 10-years of experience in NGO project management, as well as his experience in managing local and international funds in the Balkans and Eastern Europe, provides a strong leadership foundation for his role in guiding our fundraising team.
He is also a member of the Board of Child Pact (The Regional Coalition for Child Protection in the Black Sea Region), member of the Board of GAME (The Global Alliance of Muslims for Equality) and the Chairman of BKTF (Albanian Coalition for Children).
