Research and Business Development Officer

Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation is looking for a Research and Business Development Officer to join our team in Sweden, Malmö.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze different  types of data to support various Bring Hope’s local and international projects and partnerships

  • Develop analytical reports and  presentations to share your findings, conclusions and recommendations with  your team

  • Gather or coordinate remote gathering of different types of information necessary for Bring Hope’s projects and partnerships (local demographics, testimonials, visual  content)

  • Conduct research on fundraising opportunities and collaborate work with fundraising department to develop projects

  • Identify and engage with  support agencies, institutions and organizations for grant opportunities

 

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor´s or a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Humanities or similar

  • Or a recent experience in working for an NGO or a Humanitarian Organization in a similar capacity

  • Strong writing skills – a  proven track record in writing analytical reports, projects, and content, and presenting data in a professional manner

  • Strong analytical/critical thinking skills

  • Passion for the ‘humanitarian cause’ and subjects, like humanitarian aid and development, human rights, sustainable development, etc.

  • Native English speaker

  • Ability  to work independently and as part of a team, and handle challenges in a constructive and positive way

  • Knowledge of Canva, InDesign, Photoshop for content creation and management will be considered as an advantage

·       Please notethat we require our interns to be able to travel to our HQ in Malmö, therefore we require interns to be based nearby.
