Administration and HR Officer

Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation is looking for a Administration and HR Officer to join our team in Sweden, Malmö.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, PTO requests, etc for the BHHF team in Sweden

·       Supervise that personnel records are kept up to expected standard for the BHHF teams in Dubai and Iraqi Kurdistan

·       Update internal databases with new hire information

·       Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies

·       Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days

·       Publish and remove job ads

·       Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed

·       Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department

·       Develop training and onboarding material

·       Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)

 

 

Job Requirements and Qualifications:  

·       Work experience as a HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role

·       Good knowledge of labour legislation in Iraqi Kurdistan mandatory

·       Experience using spreadsheets and other data management tools

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory!

·       BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field will be considered an advantage

·       Please note that we require our interns to be able to travel to our HQ in Malmö, therefore we require interns to be based nearby. You will be required to physically join us in the office for a couple of days each week.
